Hi Gary. Ralph and I are so excited about the future of DBC after hearing your conference call this week! We never lost fait, and based on the early information about DBC, we would have been satisfied with the early predictions of success!... But now!!! I can't wait to see the impact the internet technology will have on the world.
If I were just coming in to DBC today, the predictability for massive success is so much greater than when I came aboard in 2000. I saw the potential way back then, and invested the whole retirement fund! My CFP just gulped and reminded me that it wasn't so smart to liquidate everything to a company that I was just learning about... but, Gary, you don't meet many leaders like you in ANY industry.. and I wanted to be on your team!! Smart me, eh?? Look at us now!! When I told my advisors that DBC was my retirement, they should have asked for investment information for themselves... but they weren't smart enough then!!
We're proud and excited to be on your team, Gary... I wish the old coach was still around to see where we have come. He encouraged me to follow my gut feeling and go with you back then, and he would be smiling as broadly as i am today if he could see where all your hard work and persistence has carried you... and us, as investors. God Bless you my friend, I'm Thrilled to be a part of this DBC family!!

To Whom It May Concern. My relationship with Gary Nerlinger goes back prior to the inception of Digital Broadcast Corporation. As an investor in Omaha Wireless I, along with the other investors, was contacted by Gary Nerlinger and other members of the Ad Hoc Committee relative to their discovering that the investor's funds were in jeopardy. It was shortly thereafter that Gary Nerlinger came under intense attack by the very persons who were in the process of stealing our investments. his expenditure of tremendous personal time, money and effort Mr. Nerlinger, along with government agencies, was able to salvage what was left of the investor funds for the investors. He then acted as Government witness for the prosecution of those responsible for this theft. One thing I learned very early on is that preserving shareholder equity is of the utmost importance to Gary Nerlinger, and he feels strongly about protecting equity for each and every shareholder.
Like the Phoenix, Digital Broadcast Corporation was born through the insight of Mr. Nerlinger, who recognized that a digital platform held far more potential than that of the previous analog platform. It was at this time, 1996 that I first invested in DBC. Since then, I have repeatedly placed additional funds into DBC. I have done this for various reasons, primarily I feel that this is a concept with tremendous promise and I want to be a part of this revolution in broadcasting and reap some of the benefits of being in on the ground floor. I, however would not have continuously invested in DBC had I not experienced the character of Gary Nerlinger. Through all the adversity of getting a "new concept business" started he has continuously maintained the highest moral standards along with a keen business insight.
In simple terms, I trust Gary Nerlinger. I trust him with my money. I trust him to do what is right for the company. I trust him to do everything within his power to preserve and increase investor equity. He is tireless in his effort to do what is right for DBC and the investors. Gary Nerlinger's moral fortitude and high level of business acumen will take Digital Broadcast Corporation to become on of the premier corporations in the United States. THis is the time to join the DBC team. Sincerely,

Dear Steve: Thank you very much for taking time from your busy schedule to escort me around the DBC/AirCable Office Facility this past Friday. Also, please convey my appreciate to Earl Barton in Investment Relations, Andria at Customer Service, Barry Kroger in Sales, and Troy Krantz in Material and Inventory all of whom contribute d to my learning experience during this visit. I detected a very upbeat and loyal attitude on the part of all these employees, and certainly the desired team initiative which ultimately should and will allow you to prevail in the highly competitive race with the other service providers.

I, Steve McCormick, affirm the account of my investments into DB in the year 2000. The main reason my Investment Group committed millions of dollars into DBC starting in mid-year 2000 was that Ladenburg Thalmann and Marty Licht told me that the financing of the $20 million private placement into DBC was a "done deal."
After the Ladenburg/Licht discussion sometime in June 2000, I again invested a substantial sum of money within the next few weeks. They (Ladenburg/Licht) continuously represented to myself and co-investors from June 2000 to December 2000 that the financing was a "done deal." Licht/Ladenburg/Intrater represented the same assurances to myself, my Investment partners and the management of DBC.
Myself and my investment partners were available to invest another significatnt amountof money in the Fall of 2000(November); however, I was told by Licht/Ladenburg/Intrater that the financing was "near completion,""a done deal,""oversubscribed" and that "we were not permitted to invest any further amounts of money at this time."
I was also advised that there would be an IPO following the Private Placement which is why I was extremely excited about my investment in this company.

I am writing this to conform you of how I feel about Air Cable. One reason would be that because of the workers that I spoke to and the ones that came to my house were very polite and understanding. ANother one would be tbecause the charges stay within my budget unlike the rest of the cable companies. My children can watch three different cartoon channels and that really helps me out in getting things done. If we have a problem with anything reagarding the cable they will be right ou tto fix the problem. I really appreciate everyone's time and effort in introducing this cable to me.
